About us

Nemesis Cheer and Dance is the only cheerleading club on the North Coast. We have our own private gym space, with a wide range of equipment, offering cheerleading, dance and tumbling for athletes ranging from age 2 to adults. Our head coach has over 9 year’s coaching experience including recreational and competitive teams, trained in level 1-6 Cheerleading coaching. All of our coaches are fully trained in level 1-2 cheerleading, plus foundations, tumbling, SEN and a wide variety of other courses and training. Our goal at Nemesis is to run a club where our athletes make new friends and feel like they’re at home. Not only do we want them to succeed and achieve their own specific goals and skills, we also want them to feel part of a team striving towards achieving goals and growing as athletes together.

Kid’s Classes

Kid’s classes are available for toddlers upwards. With competition and recreational classes available

Adult classes

Adult classes are available for both competition and recreational classes.

External Programmes

We can offer sessions to schools, youth clubs, summer schemes and many other organisations. This can be done as an after schools club, one off session, part of a health program or competitive school team.

Parties

Various birthday party packages available in our gym. Prices for Hen Do’s or special occasion also available.
